Meet Vanessa Rose, Northern Alberta Trades Coordinator. With over 25 years in construction, she has a vast array of skills and knowledge in the skilled trades. Vanessa holds a Journeyman Certificate in Industrial Heat and Frost Insulation and is a certified National Construction Safety Officer. In her previous experience she worked mentored apprentices after words she transitioned into a safety-focused role, delivering training on safety equipment and courses. She has experience training across diverse industries throughout Canada. From facilitating safety protocols with the Department of National Defense in Vancouver, BC, to imparting knowledge to NB Power line technicians in New Brunswick, Vanessa has demonstrated her commitment to promoting and ensuring safety standards across varied professional environments.
Vanessa’s adept managerial skills include organizing tasks, overseeing personnel, and excelling in independent settings, leading to both professional success and personal growth. With excellent communication skills and a knack for observation and investigation, she enhances interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
